ArbTask is a job management tool for tree service companies. It keeps your jobs, quotes, customers, and crew in one place, so the work stays organized from the first site visit to the final invoice.

It was built by a tree climber who also writes software. So it follows how tree work actually runs, not how a generic field service tool thinks it should.

What you can do with ArbTask

ArbTask gives a tree service company one place to run the day. You can see where every job is, send a quote from the site, let customers send you their own details, track crew hours, and keep invoicing in step with your accounting.

Most of the admin that normally lives in text threads, inboxes, and paper notes sits in one system instead. Everyone on the team sees the same information.

How ArbTask is organized

The core of ArbTask are the jobs. Each job holds everything tied to that piece of work: the address, photos, a description, the customer's contact details, comments from your crew, and a timeline of what has happened.

Jobs show up two ways. On the deal board, you see all the jobs as cards, from waiting for a quote to ready to invoice. Drag and drop between boards to organize them. On the map, you see where each one is and what is nearby.

That is the whole structure. Jobs, a map, and a board. You work from those three views depending on what you need.

The map

Every job sits on an interactive map. You can plan a sensible route, see jobs near where you already are, and pull one up while standing in front of the property. Tags mark equipment needs or site conditions so nothing gets missed.

"Det bästa med Arbtask är att man kan lägga in adresser och se alla jobb på en karta för att se jobb i närheten där man befinner sig." - Johan, piteatradfallning.se

(EN: The best part of ArbTask is being able to enter addresses and see every job on a map, including the ones near where you are.)

Quotes

You can build a quote on your phone and send it before you leave the site. Quotes carry photos, your own text, RUT and VAT handling, and travel cost added automatically by distance. You can see when a customer opens a quote, comments on it, or accepts it.

RUT matters here. Every residential job in Sweden involves the deduction, and ArbTask handles it inside the quote. That is one less thing to work out by hand.

"ArbTask förenklar verkligen mycket av administrationen i trädvårdsbranschen. Offertfunktionen är smidig och sparar tid." - Herman, arboristbutiken.se

(EN: ArbTask takes a lot of the admin out of tree care work. The quote feature saves time.)

Customer intake form

A form lets customers give you what you need up front: address, description, photos, and contact details. They drop a pin on a map for the exact location. You get an email when a form comes in, so you stop chasing people for the basics.

Crew and timesheets

You can assign jobs to crew members and see who is on what. Each job keeps its own photos, notes, and timeline, so the crew works from the same information you do. Timesheets track hours, with times filled in for you and a timeline view of the day.

"Jag får snabbt koll på beställningarna och kan anpassa systemet efter mina behov. Jag tycker särskilt om att koppla projekt till Google Maps och organisera arbetet med olika färger." - Veronika, sågRÄVEN

(EN: I get quick control over orders and can adapt the system to how I work. I especially like linking jobs to Google Maps and organising the work with colours.)

Invoicing and accounting

Customers sync to your accounting system, so their details are entered once. ArbTask has a Fortnox integration in pilot for this, with more on the way. Your customer records stay in step without copying them across by hand.

Who ArbTask is for

ArbTask is built for small tree service companies. One person who does everything, or a small crew feeling the limits of text threads and spreadsheets.

If you spend more time on admin than you want to, and the general tools never quite fit tree work, this was made with you in mind.

Why we built it

Pavel Schoffer is a tree climber based in Sweden and a developer. He built ArbTask because he couldn't find a tool that understood tree work. Everything was too expensive, too generic, or asked for a 12-month contract before you could even try it.

"I couldn't find a tool that worked for tree service companies, so I built one. When something is missing, users tell us, and it gets built." - Pavel Schoffer, founder

ArbTask is free to start. No contract. No credit card. No sales call. Give it a look at arbtask.com.
