When you assign someone to a job, they see everything you see: the address, photos, description, and crew notes. No forwarding texts, no missing details. You can also track hours per job when you need them.
Add your team
To add a team member:
Click the account icon in the top right
Click Organization Settings
Open the Team tab
Click Add User
Enter their email (add more, separated by commas)
Pick a role, Member or Worker
Click Add

There are two roles:
Member: can see all jobs and manage them
Worker: can only see jobs assigned to them
Add subcontractors as Workers, so each one sees only the jobs they are on. Organization Settings is open to the admin only, so the account owner sets this up.
Assign a job to your crew
To assign someone to a job:
On the Board, click the card to open the job
Open the Members section
Add the crew member or subcontractor
A Worker then sees that job on their own Board. Add the people who are on it, and they get all the job details—the same address, photos, and notes you do.
Turn on hours tracking

Hours tracking is off by default, since not every company needs it. Turn it on and a Timesheets tab appears in the top menu, next to Equipment. A Tracked Time section also appears on each job.
To turn on hours tracking:
Click the account icon in the top right
Click Organization Settings
Open the Features tab
Enable Hours Tracking
Track time on a job
Every time record connects to a job, so the hours always tie back to the work.
To add time from the job:
On the Board, click the card to open the job
Click Add Time, top right of the Tracked Time section
Check the start and end times (a span is filled in for you)
Adjust the start, end, or total time if you need to
Click Save
The job shows its total Tracked Time at the top. Add more time and the total updates.
How to add time from the Timesheets page:
You can also add time from the Timesheets page:
Click Timesheets in the top menu
Click Add, top right
Pick the Member
Pick the Deal the time belongs to
Check the Start, End, and Total time
Add a Note if you want
Click Save
A subcontractor can track their own hours against a job, so you have the number when you invoice. Some companies use these hours to pay crew by the hour. Others bill a customer by the time spent on a job.
See the hours
Click Timesheets in the top menu to see hours laid out by day. Filter by date range with the dropdown on the left, and by person with the members dropdown next to it. Each row is a job, with daily hours across the week and a Total Hours column on the right.
Every job also keeps its own record. Open the job to see its Tracked Time, and the timeline lists each entry alongside comments and status changes.
